At low water, geological and erosion features are very easy to see. Canal Slides, Intrusions etc, clean marble (the "knife" in Butchers knife rapids). Also the sumps and fossils just upriver at Paquette Rapids (Fossil flats -- Logan). Many kilometres of underground limestone canals. Generally dangerous for the uninitiated, but fun.
