Wilberforce is the proud home of Ontario’s first Red Cross Output Hospital. Established in 1922, live-in nurses ran the outpost until 1957.
In 2003, the outpost was declared a National Historic Site. Visit the restored Historic House Museum to see items sold in the Agnew’s General Store and other artifacts from this time period.
