The Tweed Heritage Centre is open year-round and is often frequented by researches and genealogists who come to peruse the Meiklejohn Reference Room and Morton Archives.
All visitors are welcome to come and learn more about Tweed’s past and to discover the site’s Houston House, originally built in 1897. The Centre also functions as a local art gallery featuring arts and crafts displays.
