Walk through Pembroke and get a feel for the area’s rich heritage, portrayed through more than 30 full-scale murals painted on buildings throughout the town. Viewing the downtown walls takes about an hour and a half and the paintings depict Pembroke’s evolving history as the town continues to grow. Artwork varies in style and the town has had murals completed by local and national artists.

The Pembroke Heritage Murals tour is free and can be viewed year round.
