Satisfy your sweet tooth this spring at Fulton’s Pancake House and Sugar Bush, located 45 minutes west of Ottawa in the heart of Lanark County, the Maple Syrup Capital of Ontario.

From mid-February through to mid-April, visit Fulton’s for a self-guided maple tour to learn more about this Canadian tradition. There are also trails you can travel on by skis, snowshoes, and toboggan. There are play areas and face painting for the kids and The Maple Shoppe where you can pick up sweet maple treats to bring home. You will definitely also want to try some of Fulton’s famous line of Maple Luscious bath and body care products, made with real maple syrup.

After your tour, stop into the onsite restaurant for pancakes, sausages, a variety of baked goods, combination plates, and maple syrup straight from the sugar bush – delicious!
